cel – the new germ cell for successful technology-enhanced educational programmes

 
Up to now, no comprehensive, practical tool has been available to assess and develop the quality of technology-enhanced education programmes. Thanks to the cel quality seal which has been honoured by the EFMD (European Foundation in Management Development), now there is this important decision-making aid. cel stands for Accreditation of technology-enhanced learning and is an academically substantiated certification system, which scil has developed in cooperation with EFMD in order to improve the standard of technology-enhanced education programmes throughout the world and provide education management agents and decision-makers with more security when selecting and assessing education offers.
